
Beaches of La Turballe
On the Guérande peninsula, the seaside resort of La Turballe boasts 9 km of beaches. From the most family-friendly to the wildest beaches, the choice is yours! Our campsite near La Turballe, Camping Paradis l’Île de Kernodet (10 min or 8 km), is ideally located for accessing these beautiful stretches of sand and enjoying a swim, a stroll or water sports.

Beaches north of La Turballe
Belmont Beach
Beach with free parking, shared by La Turballe and Piriac-sur-Mer. Set in a cove, this sandy beach is quite wild, revealing coves when the sea is low. It’s a family beach, perfect for swimming, with a gentle slope suitable for children. Also accessible to the disabled.
Port Creux Beach
Half-kilometer sandy beach, accessible with free parking. Less crowded than La Turballe‘s larger beaches, it’s a great place for sunbathing, strolling or watching the sunset.
Ker Elisabeth Beach
Family beach with lifeguards during the summer season. It’s a great place to swim and discover shellfish on the rocks at low tide, as well as being a well-known diving spot. Free on-site parking and PRM access via ramp.
Bastille Beach
A wild beach, made of sand but with many rocks. Less recommended for swimming, but very close to the center of La Turballe. It’s perfect for a stroll after a visit to the town or port. It also has access for boats and fishing.



Beaches south of La Turballe
Plage des Bretons or plage des Brebis
The longest beach closest to the town center and port of La Turballe. It’s a lovely family beach, with a lifeguard station in summer, a children’s club and a swimming pool for learning to swim. Ideal for swimming, it is also ideal for water sports such as jet skiing, and boasts a nautical center and sailing school. Handiplage-labeled beach, with PMR and Tiralo access, as well as showers and WCs.
Grande Falaise beach or Croix de l’Anse beach
La Turballe’s largest beach, with 2 km of sand. Bordered by dunes and close to a forest, this summer-supervised beach is perfect for family bathing. It’s also suitable for water sports such as windsurfing, outside a designated swimming area. Accessible by car (free parking), bike or small train, with shower and WC available.
Pen-Bron beach
Wild naturist beach on a protected natural site, at the end of the peninsula and facing Le Croisic. Swimming is prohibited at the tip, but permitted on the naturist section. Access on foot from a parking lot, via a forest path.
